Multiservicios Aeroportuarios welcomes you to start your journey with a comfortable stay at one of Aena's stylish VIP lounges, located in Terminal 4, one of the busiest Terminals of Barajas Airport (Madrid).

By booking into a VIP lounge you will get the opportunity to escape the crowds and work or relax in a quiet and restful environment. Enjoy service and hospitality before your flight making use of the facilities offered in our lounges: a wide assortment of beverages and snacks, satellite TV, quality piped music and hydro-massage showers.

In addition, our lounges also offer complimentary services such as daily press, Internet access, administrative support, meeting rooms, baggage storage, cloakroom or translation services. Likewise, you will get up to the minute flight announcements and displays so that you can be both informed and entertained.

The opening hours of our lounges range from 6 a.m to 12 p.m (on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday) and from 4 a.m to 12 p.m (on Tuesday and Thursday). You can get access to our VIP lounges if you travel on business, whichever the company, you are a member of Priority Pass, Diners Club, Caja Madrid Platinium or by means of a single payment.
